Flocking Powder – Turquoise 2oz

Nigel FX Flocking powder is made up of tiny lengths of synthetic fibers (usually nylon or rayon) largely used along with pigments to tint translucent materials such as silicone and gelatin. Great for reducing the “mask-like” appearance of prosthetics by adding mottling or textured effects to mimic the varied appearance of skin with hair and capillary veining. By adding flocking to the mix, you can create these effects dimensionally within the prosthetic, rather than simply painting them on the surface, creating added depth and realism.

Available in a wide range of colors, in 1oz and 2oz packs.
