Shipping Policy

Note: We will not be liable for delays in shipping caused by external causes or delays caused by the shipper (FedEx & UPS).

Domestic Shipping

  • Nigel Beauty offers Free Ground shipping to all states in the U.S on orders over $125. (Excluding Alaska and Hawaii)
  • We ship out orders Monday- Friday.
  • The shipping cut off time is 2pm.
  • Allow 3 processing days to ship out all orders.
  • Orders that do not meet the free shipping minimum will pay shipping fees generated by their selected destination. 
  • All orders over $200 require a signature delivery. If you wish to not require a signature, please write so in the note section of your cart. If the signature is removed, Nigel Beauty is not liable for lost /stolen packages.
  • Nigel Beauty offers Ground Shipping, 2nd Day, 3rd Day and Overnight shipping options all subject to additional charges.
  • Nigel Beauty uses FedEx & UPS Only.
  • Orders placed priority (2nd, 3rd, or Overnight) are subject to an additional $69.99 shipping fee if orders contain flammable and aerosol products. 
  • We do not ship to ANY PO boxes, except military PO.
  • If you have an APO/FPO/DPO Military Address, please email for details on shipping. 

International Shipping:
  • Nigel Beauty is not liable for customs and duty charges.
  • If an order is sent back to our facility due to lack of customs payment, we will deduct both shipping charges from that order’s refund total. 
  • If an order is sent back to us damaged, it will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Restrictions apply to certain territories.

Free Shipping:

  • If your  domestic, ground order is over $125 you will receive free shipping. This will be applied at the final check out page. If your order exceeds specific quantity, weight and dimensions; free shipping will not be applicable to your order and an shipping fee may apply. To be Determined per order. 

  • Nigel Beauty is not liable for return shipping charges back to our  facility. We do not refund any shipping charges to or from our facility if an item is returned back to us. 

Lost Shipments:

  • If your tracking number indicates that your order has been delivered to the address provided and you have not received your order, please contact us at to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
