Nigel Beauty is open Monday – Saturday. We are closed on most Public Holidays. Call us in store at (818) 760 3902 for questions on hours for select holidays.

PAYMENT METHODS & BILLING:

  • Nigel Beauty accepts all major debit and credit cards in store and online, this includes apple & google pay.
  • NigelBeauty.com also accepts PayPal & PayPal Pay Later.
    • PayPal Pay in 4 is applicable on orders $30-$1500. This feature does not apply to residents in MO or NV.
    • PayPal Pay in 4 will have a pending authorization on your account.
    • Once we complete your order, the pending authorization will be removed, and the initial down payment will be withdrawn from your specified payment method. Any duplicate authorizations will be removed and money released back in your bank. This may take up to 1-5 business days to process through your financial institution.   • We do not accept checks or Nigel Beauty gift cards issued before 2020.
  • Purchases made in store at Nigel Beauty or online at Nigelbeauty.com will show as “Nigel Beauty” or “Nigel Beauty Online” on your bank statement.
  • Pending transactions will either post or drop on your statement after 3 business days. If there is a charge you do not recognize please contact us at (818) 760 3902. *We do not store any payment information on file*

FAILED TRANSACTIONS: (Online orders with the below information will automatically decline / fail)

  • AVS MISMATCH – Your billing address does not match your shipping address (use PayPal if your billing address is different than your shipping)
  • Your shipping address is a PO Box (we do not ship to PO Boxes)
  • You are using a company card with different billing address (Use Paypal)

 

HOW DO I ACCESS MY ONLINE PRO ACCOUNT?

  • Follow the below password reset link:
  • I reset my password but my PRO Prices aren’t showing:
    • Email info@nigelbeauty.com to restore your PRO account.
      • You will receive an automated email response listing these same instructions when you email info@nigelbeauty.com.
      • Do not reply to the automated response as that will push you back in our queue. We will see your email and email you back once your PRO account is restored.
  • My account does not exist online, but I have shopped online in the past:
    • Some accounts did not transfer with our new website launch
      • Please recreate your account and email info@nigelbeauty.com saying you need to restore your PRO.
      • If your credentials on file with us are expired we will request a new submission.
  • If you register online and want to shop in store:
    • You will need to place an online order first in order for your account to reflect in store as well.
    • Please note, phone numbers are how accounts are tracked in store. Phone numbers may be stored in different formats. Be sure to specify to the checkout clerks that you have an online account so we can efficiently find your account.
  • If you register in store and want to shop online:
    • Create an online account using the same email you registered with in store.
    • Email info@nigelbeauty.com requesting to update your online account. No online credentials submissions are needed if you have a PRO account in store.
  • Access to past orders
    • Orders did not transfer to our new website. For copies of past orders you have placed online please email info@nigelbeauty.com

PARKING:

Nigel Beauty has dedicated customer parking spaces in our back lot. When facing our Retail store you will find the driveway entrance on your right hand side. Our parking lot is open during business hours. All cars left inside our lot after business hours will be locked in until the next business day.

Nigel Beauty also has unmetered, 2 hour street parking facing our store.

IN STORE PICK UP:

  • In store pick up is available for online orders made on www.nigelbeauty.com only.
  • We do not take orders or payments over the phone.
  • Select “in store pick up” at checkout under shipping options.
  • Please allow 2 – 3 business days for our team to process your online order.
  • Once your order is ready, you will receive a text message from our team confirming it’s ready to pick up.
  • Once your order is ready, you will also receive an email notification saying “your order is on its way”. Do not be alarmed, if you scroll down and see that the shipping method is “in store pick up” you are all set to come pick up in store.
  • Orders are available for pick up during business hours and will be held for 14 days. If your order is not picked up after the 14 day mark we will cancel your order. *Restocking Fee & Processing Fee may apply*

Please have your ID on hand when picking up in store. If someone else will be picking up on your behalf, please provide their full information in order for us to release the order. Customers can send pick up information to onlinesupport@nigelbeauty.com, write in the note section before checkout or message back the number used to notify you of order completion.

WHO QUALIFIES FOR AN INDUSTRY DISCOUNT:

PROFESSIONAL DISCOUNT:

  • PRO Discounts are offered to licensed cosmetologists, estheticians, dermatologists and make up artists in store and online.
  • PRO Discounts vary by brand between 0% – 40% off MSRP.
  • You can register both in store or online.
  • If you register online and want to shop in store:
    • You will need to place an online order first in order for your account to reflect in store as well.
    • Please note, phone numbers are how accounts are tracked in store. Phone numbers may be stored in different formats. Be sure to specify to the checkout clerks that you have an online account so we can efficiently find your account.
  • If you register in store and want to shop online:

STUDENT DISCOUNT:

  • We offer Student discounts for students in makeup, cosmetology or beauty school. Student discounts also apply to general university courses with an emphasis on makeup, hair and skin. We do not offer a student discount for anyone not focusing on makeup, hair and skin.
  • Students can use promo code “Student20” for a discount online

SAG, COSTUME & INDUSTRY.

  • We offer a Discount to the actors guild, costume guild, and industry professionals.
  • In Store only

SHIPPING LIMITS & FINAL SALE ITEMS:

  • Flammable Items are subject to Ground Shipping inside the U.S. & Canada Only.
  • To know if an item is Flammable you will see “FLAMMABLE / Ground Shipping Only” under the product in your cart.
  • To know if an item is Final Sale you will see “Final Sale” under the product in your cart.
