NIGEL BEAUTY DOES NOT SHIP OUT ORDERS ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS!

 

Domestic U.S. Shipping:

Standard Ground (2-8 Business Days): Free on orders over $125. *exclusions apply*

  • Free Shipping is not applicable on orders going to Hawaii & Alaska
  • Free Shipping is not applicable on orders exceeding a specific weight, dimension & product quantity.
  • Free Shipping is not applicable on bulk orders being shipped to schools and productions.

Overnight (Next Business Day) No flammable or bulk Items

  • Orders placed with Overnight shipping methods DO NOT ship or deliver on weekends.
    • If an overnight order is shipped out on Friday, it will deliver the following Monday.

2 Day Express (2 Business Days) No flammable or bulk Items

  • Orders placed with 2nd Day shipping methods DO NOT ship or deliver on weekends.
    • If an order for 2nd day is shipped out on Thursday, it will deliver the following Monday.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:

  • Nigel Beauty has the right to modify / charge additional shipping fees based on shipping courier cost for applicable orders
  • Online orders ship out Monday – Friday. (excluding Holidays)
  • Online orders can take up to 3-5 business days to process
  • Shipping cut off time is 2:00PM PST
  • Orders over $1000 will require a signature upon delivery *Signature requirements are at the discretion of FedEx & UPS*
  • Orders over $1000 will be insured.
  • Nigel Beauty uses FEDEX & UPS only
  • Orders placed with 2nd Day & Overnight shipping methods DO NOT ship or deliver on weekends.
    • If an order for 2nd day is shipped out on Thursday, it will deliver the following Monday.
    • If an overnight order is shipped out on Friday, it will deliver the following Monday.
    • All orders placed on Saturdays & Sundays regardless of shipping method will not be processed till the following business day.
  • Nigel Beauty can not list specific delivery instructions or gate codes on order addresses.
  • We ship to most international countries, however this list changes daily based on a country’s customs regulations & shipping courier discretion.
  • Free U.S. Ground Shipping is applied on orders over $125
    • *Free shipping excludes Alaska & Hawaii*
    • *Large items such as makeup cases, chairs, gallons and select special FX items do not qualify for free shipping*
    • *Select orders on select accounts do not qualify for free shipping at managements discretion*
  • Address Change:
    • A $23.50 rerouting fee will be applied to orders with incorrect address changes
    • If an order has already been shipped from our facility, the shipping courier can not always guarantee processing the address change.
    • If an order was already delivered to an incorrect address, there is no guarantee of retrieving it and Nigel Beauty will not be responsible for reimbursement or resending a new order.
    • Nigel Beauty is not liable for orders placed with an incorrect address
  • FLAMMABLE ITEMS – All Flammable Items are automatically subject to ground shipping only.
  • FLAMMABLE ITEMS – All Flammable Items will not be shipped outside the U.S.
  • BULK ITEMS – All heavy and large items are automatically subject to a flat rate ground fee regardless of order size.

IN STORE PICK UP:

  • In store pick up is available for online orders made on www.nigelbeauty.com only.
  • We do not take orders or payments over the phone.
  • Select in store pick up at checkout under shipping options.
  • Please allow 2 – 3 business days for our team to process your online order.
  • Once your order is ready, you will receive a text message from our team confirming it’s ready to pick up,
  • Once your order is ready, you will also receive an email notification saying “your order is on its way”. Do not be alarmed, if you scroll down and see that the shipping method is in store pick up you are all set.
  • Orders are available for pick up during business hours and will be held for 14 days. If your order is not picked up after the 14 day mark we will cancel your order. *Restocking Fee & Processing Fee may apply*

Please have your ID on hand when picking up in store. If someone else will be picking up on your behalf, please provide their full information in order for us to release the order. Customers can send pick up information to onlinesupport@nigelbeauty.com, write in the note section before checkout or message back the number used to notify you of order completion.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 3-5 business day(s) excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer via email.

CANCELLATIONS

An order may be canceled at any point during processing time, however if an order has been packed and shipped there are no cancellations allowed. If an order has been processed through PayPal, a PayPal return fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

SHIPPING LIMITS & FINAL SALE ITEMS:

  • Flammable Items are subject to Ground Shipping inside the U.S. & Canada Only.
  • To know if an item is Flammable you will see “FLAMMABLE / Ground Shipping Only” under the product in your cart.
  • To know if an item is Final Sale you will see “Final Sale” under the product in your cart.

DELAYED ORDERS

In the case of delayed shipping by the carrier due to weather, we do not hold liability for shipping fees once an order leaves our facility.

DAMAGED & LOST ORDERS

Once your order is received, please check your package for any shipping damage. We are not financially responsible for any damage resulting from mishandling by a shipper or carrier. All damage claims should be submitted to our online customer service team within 5 days of receipt. E-mail images of the damaged shipping carton and items to onlinesupport@nigelbeauty.com along with your order number and description of the damaged items. Nigel Beauty Emporium is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. After reaching out to us about your damaged order we will then open a claim with the shipping carrier which may take up to 8 business days. If an order is lost in transit – Nigel Beauty is not liable for reimbursement or reshipping your order.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the US. As such, the below items for air shipment may require an additional shipping fee and may not be able to ship to specific countries.

Dangerous Goods: Flammable items include items that contains alcohol or acetone and come in aerosols cans are all subject to ground shipping only.

Bulk Items: Items with heavy weight and large dimensions are subject to ground shipping only
