Shipping Schedule

Nigel Beauty ships orders Monday โ€“ Friday only. Orders do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2โ€“3 business days. During holiday weekends, sales, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Expedited order cutoff time is 2:00 PM PST, Mondayโ€“Friday.

U.S. Shipping

Ground Shipping

  • $9 Flat Rate: California, Arizona, Nevada & Utah

  • $12 Flat Rate: All other contiguous U.S. states

  • Alaska & Hawaii excluded from flat rate and free shipping promotions

Free Shipping

Free U.S. Ground Shipping is available on orders over $125.

Free shipping does not apply to:

  • Alaska & Hawaii

  • Flammable or Dangerous Goods (DG)

  • 32oz Brush Cleaner and oversized liquids

  • Makeup cases, chairs, tote bags, lighting equipment

  • Heavy, oversized, or bulk orders

  • School, production, or commercial bulk purchases

Nigel Beauty reserves the right to charge additional shipping fees when an order exceeds carrier weight, size, or handling limitations with promo and PRO account purchases.

If additional shipping fees are required, customers will be contacted by phone or email. If payment is not received within 14 days, the order may be canceled and subject to applicable processing or restocking fees.

Flammable & Dangerous Goods

  • Ground shipping only

  • U.S. shipping only

  • Not eligible for free shipping

  • Subject to a minimum $15 hazardous materials shipping fee

Items containing alcohol, acetone, aerosols, or other regulated materials may be classified as Dangerous Goods.

Bulk & Oversized Items

Heavy or oversized products may require additional shipping charges regardless of order value and are not eligible for free shipping.

Brush Cleaner Shipping Fees

For 32oz Brush Cleaner and similar heavy liquid products:

  • 1โ€“2 units: $15 shipping

  • 3โ€“4 units: $30 shipping

  • 5โ€“6 units: $45 shipping

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is available on eligible non-flammable, non-bulk items only.

Overnight Shipping

Delivered the next business day after shipment.ย 

2-Day Express

Delivered within 2 business days after shipment.

Expedited orders do not ship or deliver on weekends. Business day transit times begin once the order has shipped. Shipping cut off time for expedited orders is 2:00pm PST.

Canada & International Shipping

Canada

  • Ground Shipping: 5โ€“14 business days

  • International Priority Express: 1โ€“4 business days

International

  • Economy Shipping: 5โ€“14 business days

  • Priority Express: 1โ€“4 business days

Flammable and Dangerous Goods cannot be shipped internationally.

Available countries may change without notice based on carrier and customs regulations.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import charges.

If an order is returned due to unpaid customs fees, shipping charges, return shipping charges, and applicable restocking fees will be deducted from any refund.

Delivery Information

  • Orders over $700 may require a signature upon delivery.

  • Orders over $700 are automatically insured.

  • Nigel Beauty ships exclusively through FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

  • Carrier selection is determined at Nigel Beautyโ€™s discretion.

  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

Address Changes

A $23.50 rerouting fee may apply to address changes after an order has shipped.

Nigel Beauty is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for orders placed through NigelBeauty.com.

  • Processing time: 1โ€“3 business days

  • Customers will receive email and text notifications when orders are ready

  • Orders will be held for 14 days

  • Unclaimed orders may be canceled and subject to processing or restocking fees

  • Valid photo ID is required at pickup

If someone else is collecting your order, please provide authorization and their full name before pickup.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellations are no longer permitted.

Canceled orders may be subject to processing, transaction, or restocking fees ranging from 5%โ€“10%, depending on payment method and order size.

Delayed, Lost & Damaged Shipments

Shipping Delays

Nigel Beauty is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, natural disasters, customs clearance, or other events outside our control.

Damaged Packages

Damage claims must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Email the following to [email protected]:

  • Order number

  • Photos of damaged packaging

  • Photos of damaged products + shipping box

Carrier investigations may take up to 10 business days.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier or marked delivered, Nigel Beauty is not responsible for lost, delayed, misdelivered, or stolen packages.

Order Security Review

Orders marked as โ€œOn Holdโ€ may require additional verification due to fraud prevention measures, including:

  • Billing and shipping address mismatch

  • Multiple payment attempts

  • Account security concerns

  • Unusual order quantities
