Lit Metals can be applied wet with our Glitter Base (for a metal effect) or applied dry over primer (to create a sparkle shadow look). Great for adding a POP of sparkle/shine over lipstick/gloss or using a powder brush to create highlight on cheeks, shoulders or chest.
