- Cut design out of paper.
- Position design face down on skin.
- Apply wet towel or sponge to tattoo backing paper for approx. 1 minute until it slides off easily.
- Can be powdered with a translucent setting powder once dry.
- Remove with baby oil or other oil-based makeup remover.
