Smooth Eyelining Pencil
This long lasting powder eye lining pencil delivers a velvety soft, smooth line with high pigment payoff. The sponge tip blends color for a smooth smudged or big smoky look. Layer color on for a strong, thick line to create drama without harshness. Sharpen tip as needed.
Ingredients: Ethylhexyl Isostearate, Nylon-12, Isostearyl Neopentanoate, Copernicia Cerifera (Carnauba) Wax, Euphorbia Cerifera (Candelilla) Wax, Ceresin, Paraffin, Tocopherol, Talc, Ascorbyl Palmitate. Place pencil against lash line and glide color on. Keep line crisp or smoke and smudge color with the sponge tip.
